what time is check-in and check-out?
Check-n is 2:00pm and check-out time us 10:00am. Please contact reception if you are arriving early or checking out late. Additional fees may apply.
what's your opening hours?
Reception is open from 8:00am to 9:00pm. Please contact reception for after-hours arrangement. On-site Manager available 24/7.

WHAT DO I NEED ON CHECK-IN?
All guests are required to present a valid credit card or a $250 cash bond and government-issued photo ID on check in.
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment on arrival via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Card and American Express. Payment via cheque is not accepted. Cash payment is also accepted plus $250 cash bond.
IS YOUR MOTEL PET FRIENDLY?
We’re animal lovers ourselves but we also have to take our allergy-suffering guests into consideration so only service animals are allowed. We appreciate your understanding on this policy.
ARE YOUR MOTEL ROOM NON-SMOKING?
Yes, all of our rooms are non-smoking. In case of non-compliance,you will be charged a cleaning fee of $250. However, there’s a covered designated smoking area for your convenience.
DO YOU HAVE WIFI?
Yes, FREE wifi is available in all guest rooms and common areas.
DO YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT?
We don’t have one but we have chargeback facility for The Vale Restaurant which is just next to the Motel among other take-away shops near the area. Home cooked breakfast is also available delivered to your room!
